    January 2023 News

Howdy everyone, here’s the latest FCCC news.

First (Social) Ride of the Year – January 14, 2022

The annual first ride of the year is coming up soon and will be led by your club president Bill! It’s a C- or D-paced ride from Fort Collins High School (Timberline and Vermont) out to Me Oh My! Pie in Laporte along the Poudre Trail. Some of us may choose to return to FCHS the way we came (about 25 miles round trip); others may choose to continue the 30-mile loop along Overland Trail and down through southern Fort Collins. Its always a fun event and we hope to see many of you there! Note: this event was postponed from the previous weekend due to cold weather. Sign up today! https://fccycleclub.org/event-5065009

    Wanda’s Ride 2023

Wanda’s Ride 2023 is scheduled August 12th, with a rain delay date of August 13. We will start and end at Grey Rock this year and we’re considering offering a lunch buffet there.

    Camping/Glamping Trip

Plans for a 2023 camping trip are gradually coming into focus. We’re currently planning to stay at Hermit Park Campground (a Larimer County Park), just down the road from Estes Park. Hermit Park has cabins available as well as camping. The final date isn’t set, but we’re leaning towards the weekend of August 18-20. VP Tracy is continuing her investigation on this.
